This is a new product that has taken the place of the old Kao Pectate. We have been giving it to our heart patient who would otherwise have chronic explosive diarrhea, and I can't say enough about how great it is as he eats it like candy.
Our boy has a lot of problems to overcome, but hasn't shown a single sign that this product is a problem for him
